Service Description

CFLG will support you to improve the area of your life in which you feel need to revamp, strengthen or re-discover. Once this is established during our first introductory meeting, together we will design a road map for you to follow. Depending on each client's need, we will start working with The Wheel of Life, The Wheel of Business, The 5Ws & 1 H (Who, What, When, Where, Who & How), or the 4 Selves (Self-Love, -Awareness, -Confidence, -Care), or the 4 Wellness Pillars (Body, Heart, Mind, Soul). Any of these tools will be an important foundation that will help you gain clarity as to where you want to go. After this key exploratory coaching session, you may choose a program that we'll design specifically tailored to you so where you will receive guidance and accountability calls to make sure you reach the goals you want to achieve in your life.
